Organization Assessment and Review:  Perform an assessment of the existing organization.  Identify areas that are working well and should be replicated as well as deficient areas.  Assess processes, communication channels, capabilities, resource limitations, and other factors which affect quality, cost, and efficiency.  Develop a comprehensive plan to address these issues.  Execute the plan by working with various department heads to develop a new remedial methodologies and processes.

Engineering Turn-Around Support:  Support transition of engineering centric organizations into market based organizations. Re-evaluate product strategy, goals, development plans, processes and methodologies, and staffing.  Improve engineering awareness of competitive products, market dynamics, and product deficiencies.  Develop implementation plans for improvements.  Empower staff and develop motivational management techniques.

ISO-9001/9002 Certification:  Support of ISO quality standard certification activities include assessment of current processes and quality systems, development of a quality plan for engineering design (ISO-9001), or manufacturing processes ((ISO-9002).  Support registrar selection, work with department heads to fill gaps in existing processes or to develop new one to achieve compliance, coordinate implementation, and support registration audits and follow-on surveillance audits.
